Taj Mahal Mustard!
Devilishly hot and pretty tasty as well.
Someone found an orange from Pink Tiger and sent them to Enrico Lai. He grew them once and named them. They were sold right away. Tiger was a variation of Bhut Jolokia x Pimenta De Neyde by Aispes in Italy. I bought some of them and found some pink ripening Taj’s in 2016. Through the years I have found many variations, colors, and worked to keep the Taj shape. Back before I sold seeds I only sold fresh boxes. The culls went in those boxes and Minion was added to the name for the plants with oblong shapes, that didn’t follow the Taj Mahal shape. When you see Taj Mahal you are seeing T-E selections from the past 9 years. It took hundreds of plants to get to this point. I’m so happy to see them floating around the world!
